Many of the future physicians who will serve the state of Kansas come from residency programs that are administered by The Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education (WCGME). When changes in Federal funding threatened WCGME’s viability, Bowen Creative helped them present their case to the public and the state legislature with both print and interactive support.
